SourceWhale vs Interseller

Both tools automate recruiting outreach with built-in email finding, but they specialized differently. SourceWhale is agency-native: multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls) with deep Bullhorn/Vincere hygiene. Interseller, acquired by Greenhouse, is simpler — email-first sequences that sync cleanly into Greenhouse for in-house teams. In July 2026 Interseller announced it will shut down on December 15, 2026 and stopped accepting new subscriptions, so this comparison now mostly serves existing Interseller customers choosing a successor. For how SourceWhale compares with an autonomous AI recruiter, see our Noon vs SourceWhale video review.

Verdict

Agencies should pick SourceWhale — multi-channel volume with CRM hygiene is exactly its lane, and it is the only one of the two still selling. In-house Greenhouse teams that would have picked Interseller should evaluate Greenhouse's own sourcing automation or Gem; existing Interseller customers need to export data and migrate before December 15, 2026.

Also worth considering: Gem is the heavier-duty in-house engagement platform if you outgrow email-first sequencing. Read our Gem review →
