We research the candidate sourcing market — search databases, AI agents, engagement platforms, marketplaces — and publish rankings and comparisons that say plainly what each tool is good at, what it isn't, and who should buy it.
The site is run by a small independent research team with backgrounds in recruiting operations and HR technology. We are not owned by any vendor listed on this site.
How we sustain the site: we may earn referral fees when readers request demos or sign up through our links. Referral relationships never influence rankings — the rules are spelled out in our methodology, and our ranking data is free to reuse with attribution.
